Leading up to menopause, most women suffer from some sort of physical symptom or symptoms. Some are easily managed while others can be quite challenging. Activity is great a relieving stress as well as act as an anti-depressant. It is also a great way to keep your perimenopause weight gain in check. Second, stay away from junk food and processed food. Each lots of food rich in Omega 3 acids which help with depression. Great sources of Omega 3 acids include salmon and tuna as well as flaxseed oil.
